Clicking/Knocking noise starts when the tower is turned on. Clicks about every 10 seconds. Unsure what it is. Computer runs great but not sure if I should be concerned or if I should just go exchange it!

@MichaelAngelo2 , welcome to the forum.

This type of noise is normally caused by the hard drive.  I suggest removing the side panel and getting as close to the hard drive as possible to see if it is the culprit.  The only other possibility are the fans.  Check them, also.

Thank you!! Took off the side panel and there was, for some reason, a couple wires blocking the one fans path! moved it out of the way a little and BAM fixed!
