Is my motherboard compatible with the new AMD Radeon RX 9070 GPU ,and will it boot normaly ,considering i have already enough physical space in the case and a 650W PSU??

Yes, the new graphics should work since it fits in your PC's case and your PC's power supply has the required eight pin connectors to power the graphics card.

 

All newer MBs are compatible with newer graphics cards. Your HP MB is a fairly recent Intel Z690. You should have zero MB compatibility problems.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

The 9070 should be fine with a 650 watt power supply. The 9070 needs two eight pin power supply connections.

 

I would think your PC's 650 watt power supply has the required connectors.

 

You have verified the 9070 fits in your PC's case.

 

You should be able to uninstall the existing graphics card drivers, install the 9070 in your PC's case, and install the new graphics card drivers to complete the upgrade.
