Hello,
I ordered an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop back on March 12th, with an estimated shipping date of 04/01. My order has been stuck on processing ever since. Now, it's a day out from shipping, and I still have no update on if the computer is built or not. When I ask support questions (which they are incredibly difficult to get ahold of), I just get copy+pasted responses about how I picked a great computer and that they're working on building it now.
If that is true, then why doesn't it say that my computer is being built? Why is it just on the processing stage? I need to know if it's going to be delayed, and if I need a contingency plan in place. Why can nobody help me, and provide me with an actual answer?

I know all vendors including HP are trying to do their best to bring their products to customers. But with on-going Covid-19 pandemic, everything is unpredictable. I believe high priority now is vaccine therefore only God knows when things would be going back to normal.
Please wait, it will come.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

So after reading many posts on Reddit, and other places on the HP forums, it seems that my order is going to be delayed right when it's supposed to ship. Is that right, that you guys are doing some bait and switch with the shipping/delivery dates?
What do I need to do to talk with an actual person, and not get a canned response?
