Thank you for the additional information, @Lövä!
Here are the Specifications for the RTX 3060 from nVidia. You will find them in the Tab titled "SPECS". The card in the specs is 9.5" in length. I believe this should fit into your case. However, the card requires a minimum of 600W to operate properly and 1x8-pin PCIe power connector. This means that you will have to upgrade your PSU. You can check each manufacturer to see if their specs vary from nVidia's.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when upgrading your video card.

@Lövä , welcome to the Community.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

@Lövä wrote:One more question. Which PSU would you recommend.
Personally, I like Corsair products. Also, I buy full modular models. They allow you to use only the cables that are absolutely necessary. Any standard ATX PSU should work in your case. You can measure the existing PSU and compare those measurements to the one that you choose. Here is an example of what should work. The PSU is the backbone of the computer. You want one that will provide clean, stable, power for the system. You will get better system performance, as well.
Computer components are priced out of this world right now. I built a system two years ago using top of the line components. The same components today are about 30 to 40% higher; especially the video card.
