whenever i try to play call of duty it keep saying i need to update Firmware Bios

Make sure you are using the latest BIOS version. Compare the latest available version on your PC’s driver page with the currently installed version on your PC.

i did update to the latest bios and its still the same i updated yesterday

Confirm your TPM version. Press Win + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter; in the TPM Management window, check Specification Version to see whether your PC has TPM 1.2 or 2.0.

In that case, download and run Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard. The attestation wizard will show which PC configurations must be updated to meet security requirements for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone. Run it and let me know. More info about this is here:
