Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (4Q9S4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My warzone doesn't allow me to join all matches because of a security update it needs. It's saying to contact my motherboard manufacturer and request a firmware update. I already checked what it told me to which was the TPM Manufacturer information and it says my version currently is 3.84.0.5.

According to the info from HP at the link below, the 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a model series will not get a BIOS update to update the TPM version to whatever the game is asking for.

What is the current BIOS version your PC has installed?

 

What is the motherboard baseboard ID

 

You can find the motherboard baseboard ID by running the Windows system information app.

 

Find the Baseboard product line and that line will have the motherboard baseboard product ID.
