Thank you, that was very helpful!
The HP/ Cooler Master 600-watt (PS-4601-1, HP p/n: M19769-011) is a single-rail unit (label shows +12 V = 45 A, not split rails).
It provides two 6+2-pin PCIe connectors on a single daisy-chained (pigtail) cable, not two separate PCIe looms/rails. Vendors list “(2) 6+2 Pin Connector” with no second PCIe cable, and photos of this family show a single PCIe trunk.
What that means for you:
It will power GPUs that only need one 8-pin (or modest dual-8-pin cards), but for higher-draw GPUs such as an RTX 5070 best practice is one PSU cable per GPU socket -which this PSU can’t do because it has just the single pigtail. (Industry guidance generally advises avoiding pigtail-to-two on >~225–300-watt GPUs.)
You will need to replace this power supply with an ATX unit that has two discrete PCIe cables.
Hope this was helpful.

Your OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-2802no (A2UK2EA) is fitted with the ArcticL motherboard (SSID: 8B1D), which is an ATX power enabled motherboard.
An RTX 5070 has a 250-watt TDP and is powered by a 16-pin PCIe power cable. The RTX 5070 I purchased recently came with a dual 8-pin PCIe to 16-pin PCIe power adapter cable. Each 8-pin PCIe power cable must be connected to a separate 8-pin PCIe power rail, meaning, a so-called ATX splitted 8-pin PCIe power cables (originating from the same trunk PCIe power cable) will not do.
I would choose a fully modular 750-watt power supply (for ease of power cable management), such as this Amazon-DE purchase example: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Fractal-Design-Ion-Gold-750W/dp/B08X1V6G2M/ref=sr_1_15?crid=2Q4D0059M2T70....

Hi, thanks for the reply, i was just wondering if my current psu 600 watts 80+ gold would be enough for the 5070 because i dont know how hard it would be to replace the psu, only ever upgraded ram on my prebuildt pc

Like I said, it depends. If your 600-watt power supply is equipped with two separate PCIe power cables, a 600-watt power supply is sufficient to power your RTX 5070.
Why don't you provide the exact specs/model number of your 600-watt PSU, and I'll take a look at it.

Just look at your power supply's product label, and tell me what it says: part number and model number.
For example, consider this power supply label: 17-153-042-04.jpg (640×412), where the part number is: W0129RU and the model (number) is: Thermaltake Purepower 600 AP.
