Everytime I try to play a video game on my pc it just keeps crashing, the only game that works fine is valorant,any game I try to play on steam just crashes and fortnite also crashes sometimes, I’ve already tried updating the driver and trouble shooting my pc. Nothing had worked so far. Please respond to this and help me.

@Leo143, these symptoms sound like you could have a failing power supply unit (PSU). If your computer is still under warranty you should contact HP Customer Support for help.
The only other suggestion that I have is do a complete system reset. This will eliminate any possible glitches that could have occurred with the install of Windows.

@Leo143 , welcome to the Community.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant. Once I have this information I will try to help you further.

Now, I need the actual model of your computer. There are several models in the 30L GT1000a series.

@Leo143, I can't determine the actual model of your computer using the specs that you provided. So, I will ask if you are having the crashing problem with any other apps?
