Hi! I want to upgrade the graphics card for a better gaming experience, but the issue is the PSU runs at 180w, what GPU model should I get?
i5 12500
1 M.2 NVMe,1 SSD, 1 HDD
16GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM

you can use these recommended graphics with 180 Watt PSUs
NVIDIA® Quadro T400 Graphics Card
AMD® Radeon™ RX 6300 2GB Graphics Card
have a TDP of 30 watts enough for a 180 watt PSU, see page 15 of manual
