I am trying to reset my computer to facroty reset and would like to  use the HP recovery tool but every time i go to use it  is saying i have to run it as administrater and i do run it as administrater every time but will only keep repating that i am not running it as admin as i have all admin privlages on my computer for everything but this tool will not work properly i had it going  once and a red line came up telling me the tool was outdated because  it was the app that came with my computer so i uninstalled it then reinstalled a new one from HPs web site and it also would not run at all and is saying to please run as administrater i run it as admin but keeps doing the same thign over and over now today i go to try it again and it is saying it will take me microsoft appp store to download it from thier site but that one is also outdated and will no longer work and asking me to run it as administrater same issue  but the tool shows 2024 so is newer i see a few people having the same issue here but no one is giving a sollution to this poroblem i would like a answewr as to how i can safe my software if not being able oto use this tool or if they will get it fixed or not .
