Hello, pardon my bad english
Do you mean like your screen suddenly turns into black display with cursor then blink and back again to your normal display ?
If yes, do you get warning like the picture i attached below? You can check it on your Event Viewer >> windows log >> Application.
I am now so stuck with this blinking with black screen display problem. It occurs so often and i'm tired of it. I tried to send my laptop to the HP Service Center in my city and they already replaced my mainboard 2 times and the problem remains the same. Luckily i'm still on my warranty.
