 i did buy this my from friend. He restpred it then its balck when i start up, do i need do do something? Pls help me

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Can you talk to your friend to verify the PC was okay after your friend reset the PC or reinstalled Windows on the PC?

 

Are you connecting the monitor data cable to the Nvidia 1060 graphics card?

 

You should see video if the monitor works and you are connecting the monitor to the Nvidia graphics card.
