OK here is what you need to do to help them look into the matter.

 

Run the Command Center.

Go to the Feedback button at the bottom of the window and click on it.

Choose the Feedback type as "Issue".

Follow the prompts and make sure to also check the box for "Upload my Log Files".

 

I dont know if or how long it will take to have someone contact you, they will do so if they need to.

It will go to the Omen Team in charge of the command center so they can look into it.
