HP Omen Never Sleeps

OMEN 30GL never goes to sleep. On all my other computers when you put it to sleep the keyboard and USB accessories turn off.

This unit the USB accessories like the keyboard stay lit and the unit runs warm with the fan on and lights on in the tower and on the front of the unit.

Should those lights in the tower stay on during sleep?

I heard someone say HP can help install a hibernate mode that works better. Is that true?

When we first got the desktop it would cut itself on constantly like every 30 seconds and run the fans. We tinkered with the power settings and maybe what could wake it from sleep and that stopped. But it still never fully goes to sleep.

Sleep doesn't seem to be functional on my Omen 25L GT12-1561nd either.

I've resorted to just shutting down, which is more power efficient anyway.

There are however several similar threads on here, but I'm not sure if any have a working solution.

Do you have links to those posts. It's awful to have to shut down if you have lots of projects open you are working on.
