Thank you! What I have done now is remove the little carpet under the computer and remove the table that was positioned over it and gave more space overal around the machine. It doesn't seem to do much, though.
The air above the computer gets really hot when rendering 3D, so for the time being, I render in short shunks of 10 minutes.
Not ideal, but I don't want to burn the computer.:)

I've tried another set up now:
Minimum Processor power: 10%
Maximum Processor power:100%
And Fans set to Turbo in the HP Game Hub (which I don't use for gaming).
Temperature of cores is now max 86C°. I have been rendering 3D for about 20 minutes now.
I think that problem is now solved.:-)
Only new problem since I updates all those drivers: the computer doesn't wake up from sleep anymore unless I push the button many times while also waking up the keyboard and mouse. I presume the latest bios update has something to do with that?

With this very intensive CPU usage during rendering, 86C° is still okay ...

Yes, I can live with 86C°. 🙂
Alas, I found nothing new in that page that helped me regarding the computer waking up after sleep.
I already searched n the internet for any clues, including this forum. Nothing I tried worked.
But I found a link in the Power settings that let's me choose what happens when I press the Power button.
When I set that to Hybernate and then push the power button the computer goes into hybernate mode, I can wake it up with the power button again with one single click.
This is a little slower than waking up from sleep but it seems to work fine.
Question is, if I do that as often as I put the computer to sleep, is that damaging in the long run?
If not, then I will copy this message in the thread about not waking up from sleep mode bcs a lot of people struggle with this.
What do you think?

Answer: No it will not damage anything. Everything is fine !
( It would be the same to ask if you can turn off a car to put it in a garage instead of driving it non-stop. It will not damage the car ... )
Good luck
