How can I get in touch with a support agent?

Hello,

I am trying to get in touch with a support representative. I'm having trouble with my Desktop, I believe it's a hardware issue. I can't get past the virtual agent because it says my warranty is expired. However, when I check warranty status with my S/N it shows the incorrect purchase date. I sent in a dispute, got a message back saying that records have been updated. However, The warranty checker does not show any updated information and I still can not get in touch with a support representative.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if you can get in touch with a customer services rep by telephone.

We are not permitted to post the phone number for HP customer support anymore, due to scammers posting links to non-HP support numbers.

You can call HP customer service at the first number listed at the top of the link below in large type.
