I've recently bought a prebuilt PC and it's working great, but noticed that the default memory speed is at 2133mhz while everything supports the 3200mhz it's supposed to run at. How do I access these settings in the BIOS to change? I know it's supposed to be some xmp profile I need to change but it seems like HP has locked me out of those options? Since it's a prebuilt I can't access barely any options there and can't really change much. Any clues as to how I can change this and use the full potential of the memory? Yes, the motherboard and all other parts support the speed I want etc.

Thanks 🙂

AMD Ryzen Master did the trick! Weird that HP kind of blocks it from the BIOS but nonetheless, it works. Thanks!

Hi,

Contact HP Support (Link) if in warranty. You could have a hardware problem if you are using HP factory memory in a new PC.

You have an AMD motherboard.

Download and install Ryzen Master (Link). You could try tweaking memory settings with this software.
