Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can someone please show me how to update the BIOS? i have an HP OMEN 30L Geforce 3070ti, intel core i7-11700. I just bought new RAM, and it's exactly the same as the one already in my computer. I need to update my BIOS to turn on XMP. RAM speed decreased from 3200Mhz to 2400Mhz. pritty boring...
