Newer PCs have firmware TPM baked into the CPU. Some MBs have a TPM header.

 

Do you want TPM 2.0 to do W11?

 

The latest version of W11, 24H2, has added additional roadblocks on unsupported hardware. I am sure workarounds are on the way.
