Hi, I would like to unlock the Advanced menu in the bios, does anyone know how to do this?

The computer is a Hp victus 16, I have read around that it  is locked by default and I have tried various guides online on how to unlock it but it didn't work, thanks in advance.  i need the advanced menu to turn on the option "power pc from turning on the power outlet" or something along these lines.
