Can someon tell me where are Front Panel Conectors on Hp Omen Oasis OC Z590 ?

Check the following OasisOC MB image.

The two pin power button (PB) is near the top right MB mounting hole.

 

The USB 2,0 connection is below the 24 pin MB power connector. The USB 3.0 connector is just below the USB 2.0 connector,

 

I don't see any other front panel stuff in the MB image.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

HP Support do not generally provide images of newer consumer PC MBs.

 

I would guess the MB double pin front panel headers are close to the front panel chassis I/O.

 

Maybe the top right section of the MB near the front of the chassis.

 

Multiple two wire female connectors attached to the MB headers would supply power to the: power button, the power button LED, and possibly a HDD activity LED.

I don't see a restart or reset MB header, just the MB: power button header and two front USB headers.
