HP Omen 27QS Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,
I just bought the HP omen 27qs monitor to upgrade from my 10 year old one. When I got to my advanced display settings, it only gives me a 59hz and 75hz option for the refresh rate, but it's a 240hz monitor? I am using the 1.4 display port cable that came with the monitor. I tried uninstalling my display drivers and reinstalling the newest ones, and installing the monitor driver, but it still only has those two options. Any idea for how I can get it to achieve a higher refresh rate or is my monitor defective?
I also have a MSI GTX 1650 video card if that helps.

Thanks!
Tony

@Banhein It is connected to one of my gaming computers I built.

I found the issue. It seems to be a defective DP cable that came with my monitor. I went to unplug the cable and when I touched it, my monitor went black. after unplugging it and plugging it back in, I seen many refresh rate options up to 240hz. I'll probably have to buy another DP cable, since this one seems to have a poor connection with my graphics card, but it is working for the moment.
