If anyone out there sees this though and is having this issue, send the Feedback button report. If enough complain, they will see it and hopefully create an update. They may not respond back, but they see the complaints.

@rc_dude I was able to upload the file to my Google Drive. It might be that HP is going to update the file and thus why its not available in the FTP page.

I noticed Google took several minutes before I could download it for testing. be patient if the download appears to hang on you also.

Wow! It works in my machine now. First, I re-installed the RAM and it was still not working. So I ran the SDK package again (did not work for me few days ago), lo and behold it worked! Many thanks to Photoray002, Farr9412 and everyone else who replied.
