Is there a possibility to make HyperX DDR4 RAM sticks available in HP's online stores other than US? Or at least make them to be shipped outside US?

I'm talking about those:

I would like (and I think I'm not alone) to avoid putting non-HP RAM in my Omen 45L... At least when my warranty is still active and I'm still paying for my desktop...
