I believe there is something wrong with my pc's ability to connect to the internet

I do online content and stuff like that, but recently I have been having wifi issues. I have contacted my wifi provider, Verizon, and they have done all they can. I ran speed tests on all my devices, and it turns out my PC is the only one experiencing issues. I really need someone to help me with this problem, as I am not really tech-savvy.

For comparison the average upload speed of a device in my house is 100-200Mbps

My pc is getting a high of 15mbps
