I upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1. I was able to play games on 8.1, but when I upgraded to windows 10 I had to sign in with X box which I do not have or play as a guest. I was able to play a a guest, now I cannot even get the games, as I get a message loading, and it never loads. Help!

Hello@QT408,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I have read your post and understand that you are unable to play as a guest in XBox. I will definitely help you.
I was able to find an article from Xbox community which helps you create a Guest account to use.
I request you to follow the steps from the link below and check if that helps.
