Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get around 95+degrees when playing any games and my laptop overheats which resaults in a frame drop, the funny thing is that my laptop is not compatible with the app OMEN Gaming Hub and will not show anything except my games and gallery I can`t control my fans or anything with that app, and also I can`t find anywhere my laptop name and version...

device name is DESKTOP-77D3QV1, Device id is B9481C55-F4F9-4A53-BE32-CA343F0B83CE, and the product ID I can`t even copy and paste... please HELP.

What computer is that, Omen 30L? If yes, that's to be expected, check out the rest of the threads on the same issue.
