Hi @Jamete,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Omen 25L is showing error code 0xc0000225 after deleting an important partition, and Windows cannot boot without installation media. Let’s go through a few steps to try to recover your system.

a. Prepare Windows Installation Media

On another working PC, go to Microsoft Windows 11 Download or Windows 10 if you use that.

Download the Media Creation Tool and create a bootable USB drive (minimum 8 GB).

b. Boot from USB

Insert the USB drive into your HP Omen 25L.

Power on the PC and press Esc → F9 to access the Boot Menu.

Select your USB drive to boot into Windows setup.

c. Use Startup Repair

Once in Windows setup, choose Repair your computer → Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair.

Follow the on-screen instructions. This may automatically repair the boot files.

d. Use Command Prompt to Repair Boot

From Advanced Options → Command Prompt, run the following commands one by one:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd

These commands rebuild the boot configuration and may restore Windows startup.

I hope this helps.
