So i removed my CPU fan to add a water cooler, i didn't know that the light control chip thing was for the lights at the time and plugged my CPU fan into the chip to try to get more airflow through the pc. When i turned it on it blue screened and the lights wouldnt turn on. I reset the computer back to factory default and the blue screens stopped but my lights still wont turn on.

@joeswanson Have you ensured the connections to the light (LED) to the motherboard are fixed properly? It's possible they were disconnected or are loose while you were changing the CPU fan, please check and ensure they are fixed firmly into its connector, once done, restart the device and check if it works, if the issue persists, please follow the below steps to check the lights:
Click here to download the latest OMEN Command Center to resolve this issue.
If the issue persists, Click here to find and install the Bios and chip-set driver updates,
If the issue persists, is recover the original application from the recovery manager: Click here for instructions to retain the original Omen controller.
The only other thing to do is to uninstall the software and install a fresh copy from the Microsoft store: click here
