@RPGamer92 , welcome to the Community.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

Thank you for the additional information, @RPGamer92!
Here is the Product Specifications page for your computer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-obelisk-desktop-pc-875-1000i/25644598/document/c0644...
The PCIe slot on the motherboard is Gen 3.0. This is compatible with the RTX 3080/3090 series cards. However, there are other considerations. Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what you have to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981
The three main considerations are: 1) the length of the card. The article will explain how to measure the space to assure that it allows for good airflow. 2) the wattage required to run the card properly. Your PSU is 750W. and 3) does the card require any 1x6-pin, 1x8-pin or both PCIe power connectors. You will have to check to see which are available on your PSU.
Once you have read the article you will be able to determine if these cards are compatible.
If you have further questions, you can contact the manufacturer's Tech Support. They are the experts on their products.
