I have the same issue but its even worse.
I called HP support and was on the phone with them for 45 minutes. The tech support had me to as far as reset my computer, and after I did so, ALL the changes I made to my new computer was wiped. Had to reset email, re-install many apps, security issues, etc.
This not working caused me to be on with a rep for 45+ minutes, do a 30+ minute reset, and then have to start over and reload my data into my computer for 2+ hours....and it STILL isn't working.

Hi,
The Omen Gaming Hub Version is 1101.2412.9.0.
The Machine was reinstalled on January, 16, 2025 from HP local base preinstall.
At this step, the Omen Gaming Hub run correctly.
After this step, on January,18, 2025 I have made all updates recommanded by WIN update and HP Updates.
The bug is occured after these Updates, not before!
I think that the bug is due to no regression tests made on Victus platforms but only on Omen platforms...
