OMEN Obelisk 875-0014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased (today) a new OMEN desktop. As I was using the OMEN command center to adjust the color of the font panel's logo, I found that the Blue coloring did not function at all.

i.e. Red setting shows the correct color on the front panel. Green shows the correct color. Cyan setting gives a bright Green color on the front panel. Royal Blue gives a dim green color. Purple gives a dim red color. Pink gives a bright red color. White gives a funky orange color.

The inside LED functions correctly. The outer LED seems to be missing blue.

Out of the box, the front panel functioned correctly. I downloaded Google Chrome, and it functioned correctly. Upon experimenting with the Animated Color function in the OMEN command center, I noticed that the Blue color did not properly hue. Is the an issue with the settings on the desktop, or did my LED Burn out after less than 30 minutes of use?

Sounds like a bad LED. Its rare, but its possible.

The wiring is all connected tight as far as you can tell?

You would need to contact HP Support for a warranty issue and have the LED repaired.

Support did everything they could on their end, and the issue is still not resolved. They said most likely it's a faulty LED. I should try the lottery with this luck lol. Thanks for the quick response!

I checked the connection. and after lightly jostling one of the wires in the near top right corner (after taking the glass wall off) I was able to fix the issue. Easiest fix in the world, just needed to check wire connections. thanks again.
