where does this version of windows come from?
I ask this because it says 8 gb of memory here!
this does not explain everything, but 32 bits, with 8gb of memory, seems abnormal to me, given that only 4 gb usable under 32 bits..
if you have lost with this therefore 4 gb, of ram, this can explain certain problems

The problem isn't even my laptop. I just tested it and its my external hard drive.
