I bought the OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1055xt during black friday with the deal for Red Dead Redemption 2 and I have not received a product code. Im not sure who I can contact or where to email for further details. Live chat did not help at all besides telling me to just call HP during business hours which isnt always an option for me.

If no one else heard from them, this is what I got from an HP employee reaching out from the forum:
I would advise calling the HP Home and Home office Team in your region by dialing 1-888-999-4747.
*Please keep in mind that their hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, from 8 am - 2 am EST.
Upon chatting with them I was informed they will be emailing the code by the 30th day after purchase, which is the 29th of December for me and others who bought this on Black Friday. This being Friday - personally, I highly doubt it. I mentioned this VERY short mail out window and they have said to call back if you do not get it in your email.
