@Tanbir750, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop that blinks!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with these sudden blinking lights and black screen issues on your Victus laptop. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get this sorted out.

Power Reset Your Laptop:

Disconnect the charger and any peripherals.

Press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds.

Plug the charger back in and try turning the laptop on.

Check for Overheating:

If the laptop gets too hot, it might be shutting down as a safety measure.

Ensure the vents are clear of dust, and if possible, use a cooling pad.

Update BIOS & Drivers:

Outdated BIOS or drivers can sometimes cause power-related issues.

Visit the HP Support Page and enter your model number to check for updates.

Install the latest BIOS update (ensure your laptop is plugged in while updating).

Run Hardware Diagnostics (Again):

Restart your laptop and immediately press F2 repeatedly to enter HP Diagnostics.

Run an extended test on Memory & Hard Drive to double-check for issues.

Let me know how it goes!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
