Victus laptop gaming 15-faOxxx is not able to connect to the omen gaming hub light studio due to which i am not able to change the lights of keypad

Not all Omen machines have 4-zone keyboard. What is your machine ? Could you see 4-zone keyboard when opening your machine the FIRST time ?
