Hello. I am trying to enable the Hardware assisted virtualisation. I am trying to access UEFI Firmware settings through the advanced startup. But if I do that it freezes. It doesn't open any screen. I already tried through the keyboard while the pc is booting up (holding esc, tapping FN, tapping esc, holding FN). Is there other way to access the UEFI Firmware settings or BIOS settings?

It helps to post the full product number of your particular Omen.
Its in the HP Support Assistant.
With the laptop off and plugged in...
Rapidly tap the ESC key during power-on for a menu to appear.
Choose F10 for bios. There you can make limited changes. F10 again to save and exit.

Number 1: Doesnt matter if its a laptop or desktop, the UEFI access is the same on any modern HP.
Number 2: Posting the model number helps us know what you have, rather than us having to guess.
F10 is bios access. Esc is the startup options menu. If you cannot access it by rapidly tapping the key when you first power it on, some people that claim to experience this say they had success using a different keyboard. But there isnt anything else special you would need to do to access the UEFI.

the number is 3QX23EA#ABU
as I said, my pc BOOTS UP TOO FAST and it doesn't receive any key signals. When I try through the advanced startup to access UEFI, it doesn't work, there must be a mode directly way to BIOS other than keyboard or UEFI or advanced startup.

Try this...
Press the power button to boot the PC.
Wait for the Omen logo to appear. Then when the circling dots also appear, press and hold the power button down until the PC shuts off. NOTE... You might have to do this a few times.
Reboot again and after the Omen Logo appears again, the Preparing Automatic Repair info should open.
Then you will see the menu option for Advanced options. Click on that.
Then choose Troubleshoot.
Next, choose Advanced options.
Then UEFI Firmware Settings.
Click on Restart.
A startup menu should appear. Choose F10 for Bios Setup.
