I own an HP Omen 30L desktop (AMD platform). My system’s TPM 2.0 shows a Manufacturer Version of 3.84.0.5. Activision has documented that all AMD TPM firmware versions ending in .0.x fail TPM attestation and cause issues running Call of Duty (Warzone/Black Ops). They state this requires a firmware update from the system manufacturer.
I have already checked for BIOS updates on HP’s website, but none are available for my system. Could you please provide me with a BIOS update (or beta firmware) that includes the corrected AMD TPM firmware (version 3.x.2.x or higher)?

Good day,
checked (via HP support assistant) if there was a new BIOS update, and much to my surprise there was one.
HP consumer desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM family SSID 8949)
Have installed this and it looks like the TPM issue is now solved.
After update It now shows TPM version 3.94.2.5 (which should be ok for COD).
Thx, Rob

Hi @kpilg24,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand you’re facing issues with your HP Omen 30L desktop where the current AMD TPM firmware version (3.84.0.5) fails TPM attestation and affects games like Call of Duty. You’d like to know if there’s a BIOS or firmware update available to correct this.
Here are the steps you can take:
Confirm TPM version
Press Windows + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter.
In the TPM Management window, check the Manufacturer Version. Versions ending in .0.x (such as 3.84.0.5) are the ones affected.
Check for BIOS updates
Visit the official HP drivers page for your Omen 30L: HP Omen 30L Drivers & Downloads.
Download and install the latest BIOS update. While TPM updates are not always mentioned in the release notes, they are sometimes bundled within BIOS updates.
I hope this helps.

I'm afraid that didn't help me either. Mine is reporting TPM manufacture 3.92.0.5 version, and Call of Duty still reports the TPM isn't compatible. I have a TPM 2.0, and secure boot is enabled and verified in Windows 11. I have a Omen 30L

Here is the screen shot from Activisions web site:
And here is exactly what my HP Omen 30L is reporting:
According to Activision, since this is an AMD board we need a firmware update. When can we expect one?
