You’re right — AMD TPM firmware versions ending in .0.x can cause attestation issues in some games. Since HP hasn’t released an updated BIOS yet, the best step is to contact HP Support directly and request a BIOS update with the latest AMD TPM firmware (3.x.2.x or newer). Mention the Activision requirement — they can provide a beta or regional update if available.

I have an Omen 30L and I was having the same issue with the Activision games showing that I had an unsupported TPM version. I recently checked the updates via the HP Support Assistant and I saw that there was a new BIOS update for ROM family 8876 (Version: F.24). Applying that BIOS update solved the issue for me. The system now reports TPM version 3.94.2.5 and the game launches without issues.
Something to note is that if the system drives are encrypted, you should make sure you backup your recovery keys (Control Panel\System and Security\Device Encryption) because the last step of the BIOS update will reset the TPM and you might need to enter the recovery keys. Also, after the update, Windows requested to regenerate my login PIN, so the computer needs to be online as well.

I, myself, is having this issue as well..my desktop (HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023W) is still running Bios F.47 from December of 2023 and I have tpm 3.90.0.5. It also is not being recognized by call of duty..considering my bios firmware is 2 years old, will I be able to use the bios you guys will upload for the tpm fix????

Good day,
checked (via HP support assistant) if there was a new BIOS update, and much to my surprise there was one.
HP consumer desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM family SSID 8949)
Have installed this and it looks like the TPM issue is now solved.
After update It now shows TPM version 3.94.2.5 (which should be ok for COD).
Thx, Rob
@Fredzoy - Please try the above steps to find your update, if it isn't available, I'm told its being released in phases and should be available by mid-Nov'25 as per the software team.
Please bear with us.
