Need TPM BIOS Update

We have received the update regarding the TPM issue for the following models:

OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21 0000a
OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22 0000a
Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16 e0000

Hello, 

Is there any plan to make a BIOS update for the OMEN Laptop -15-en0023dx?

This has been the worst experience with a gaming PC I have ever had, HP doesn't seem to care about their customers. If no update is going to be provided just tell us were SOL so I can buy a PC that will work; this will be my last HP purchase if so.

Will i got a BIOS Update?

Thanks for reporting this issue. HP can only release BIOS or TPM updates after full validation for each model. Beta BIOS or standalone TPM updates are not available. If no newer BIOS appears for your OMEN 30L the updated AMD TPM firmware is not yet approved. Please contact HP Support and reference Activisions TPM attestation requirement so the issue can be escalated and prioritized.
