Product: Omen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a brand new omen for gaming and it keeps crashing during warzone and sending me to a black screen with purple what looks like x and o I’ve never seen it before and really need help ASAP. I don’t want to take it back if it’s something simple please help me guys please

Last checked 35 c but I’m currently at work. It did stop crashing but now there is purplish dots everywhere on the screen I hooked my other computer back up and everything runs fine so it isn’t the monitor. I’m thinking my gpu is dien or the hdmi port to the gpu is bad

Looks like the GPU is going bad if you are getting artifacts.

Yeah!! I swapped gpus out and what do you know?! Perfect picture. Gotta find a new gpu asap
