How can I get a status update on a repair case ?

CSO number available upon request.

I have been asking via Whatsapp for more than a week and got no useful reply. At this point my requests for an update are simply ignored.

Called on Thursday and was supposed to be called back today (Monday) at the lastest with a status update.

In the CSO portal the status has not changed since 17-12, when the desktop was received at the repair center.

I understand repairs take longer in this time of year, but an update would be appreciated. The estimated delivery date has been exceeded as well, so I have zero perspective of when the machine is repaired or shipped back.

What also concerns me is that the case is marked as "MISUSE MIXED REPAIR - IW REPAIR AND MISUSE IDENTIFIED BY SERVICE CENTER". What does this mean exactly? The machine has not been misused while in my possession. In all likelihood it was assembled with a faulty GPU prone to overheating.

The order status itself is marked as "CONTACT HP SUPPORT".

I'm really trying.

How can I get an update of the repair case status ?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
