I have been sitting with a dead OMEN X by HP 35 Curved Display that stopped working after a year and looking for a way to repair it. The warranty is expired. I have tried all the currently available options on the HP site regarding my product and can only get the runaround via Virtual Agent which leads me only to here. There is no real person or phone # able to be called.
The official HP service centers in my area (southern california) are not able to repair monitors. Is there any way to do an HP repair during these hard times, or do I need to find a 3rd party generic repair center for monitors?
I just want to repair my monitor already!

@Lakermouse Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the OMEN X by HP 35 Curved Display no repair options at all during this pandemic.
In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Hi Praveen,
Thank you for your reply in helping me to solve my matter.
Unfortunately I have already tried your solution as detailed in my original message!
There is a link to the community forums (here), and there is simply no phone # listed and the only chat agent available is the Virtual Agent which leads me to making this post!
The HP Service Center Locator which "helps you to locate the nearest HP Service Centers" in a 100 mile radius only results in a company that I contacted which told me they don't service displays at all.
Since your solution steps are the same course of action I have already taken, I am truly stuck without a clue on how to proceed outside of finding a 3rd party generic repair center.
Thank you once again for your time and consideration in this matter.
