OMEN by HP 875-1008na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I recently tried to factory reset my OMEN by HP 875-1008na

But it said error couldn't complete it

However it now no longer gives signal to the monitor via HDMI

How can I solve? i cannot use it without display!

I have tried plugging my laptop to the monitor via HDMI and it works fine

So it must be the Obelisk

Any ideas?

Much appreciated

@monolith,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting any display on the monitor.

Do you see any lights on the keyboard when you power on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Ended up having to boot via USB using https://www.hirensbootcd.org/usb-booting/

Then got up boot screen to do a system recovery / rollback

That sorted it out thankfully
