Tip: I would strongly recommend using the Asus' Tweak III Ultimate GPU Tuning Tool: https://www.asus.com/campaign/GPU-Tweak-III/us/index.php!  You can easily improve your RTX 4070 performance.

And if you want some assistance with regards to the Tweak III software, install it (don't do anything yet!) and provide a screenshot.

The idea is this (NB: this is not my Tweak III RTX 4080 Super screenshot):

1.) Increase Power Target:

2.) move the "GPU Boost Clock" and the "Memory Clock" sliders to the right, not too far), like so:

Thanks for the GPU tweaks. I will try them.

I try to balance component performance against component temps.

My Asus 4070 Dual OC averages around 67C when whacking it with FurMark and other synthetic GPU stress tests.

I do like more performance. I'm sure User Benchmark scores will go up using Asus Tweak III software.
