OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my ram to the recommended ram specs from the HP website and i am now running at 2400mhz rather then the 3200 i was running at with the stock ram modules.

I have updated bios to f.22 , however the Advanced options are not appearing.  nor do i have overclocking options in command center. what am i doing wrong here?

i have a 30l GT13-0025 with a  Ryzen 7 3700X

@vodooclown , welcome to the Community.

You are not doing anything wrong.  HP doesn't use XMP's in most of their computers to overclock their memory.  They use the standard JEDEC's in the memory modules.  The motherboards are very picky when it comes to using third-party memory.  Most times it is not possible to get it to work at the proper speed.  You may want to contact one of the memory manufacturer's Tech Support to see if they have modules that will work with your motherboard.
