Hi my new pc is making sounds like coffimaker some times. What is this the cool system. Is something wrong?

Liquid cooling system can sounds like that.

To my understanding, there will be a little air, so the sounds may be normal.

If there isn't enough fluid, then the pump will make odd 'grinding' noises. (Dunno how else beter to describe them.) But if it slow on fluid, you're know because the system would get hot and there would be evidence of leaks inside. 🙂

Most likely air bubbles. If you have enough strength. Hold the pc firmly and shake it up/down a few times. Or side to side. It might free the bubbles.
