Hello, I won a challenge for the $50 Best Buy Gift card yesterday and I have not received an email to collect/accept my reward. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so how did you resolve it and accept the reward? TYIA

Also, I won the Target $50 challenge as well and the same thing happened without receiving the email. Will the same team be able to help resolve bothe of the issues? Thank you for your help.
