Hello, I recently started to try and overclock my processor using the Omen Command Center. However, when I would open the application, it instructed me to update via hp support assistant and that I do not have and need to install the assistant. When in fact I have the support assistant and it shows no updates avaialable. So I uninstalled Omen Command Center and reinstalled on the microsoft store. Upon getting this new version of the command center, the overclocking tab when clicked just shows black with a small bit of gray. I would really like to have access to overclocking and this has been very frustrating that both versions didn't work. Please help

Hello @Shadeslayer1664

Im not sure whats happened with your Omen Command Center (OCC).

The version you have should be version 7.5.1.0 (at the time I write this).

If you installed directly from the MS Store, you should be good to go as far as the source of download.

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store

Make sure your system has the latest bios update. Should be  bios version F.41

I would install the latest update for OMEN Command Center SDK Package version 10.1.0 also.

Then go to Windows All Settings>Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button, even if it shows its up to date. Sometimes there will be system files it finds that are needed.

Reboot and see if the OCC is working correctly now.

If it still is not, type Services in the Search bar and hit the Enter key.

Scroll to HP Omen HSA Service and make sure its set to Running > Automatic.

If it is still not working, I am not sure what went wrong.
