Go to All Settings>Privacy and open it.

Click on Microphone in the left side pane.
Make sure to allow Windows to use the Mic.
Also any apps that would need acces below.

Knipsel44.PNGI already had it on but these are the ones that are off but I think these have nothing to do with my whole pc of disabling mic..

Sorry I did not get any notice that you replied.

HPs website is down at the moment and I cannot search the drivers section.

When Its working, find the Audio Driver and download it.

Uninstall your currrent audio driver, then manually install the latest driver. .

That should help. If not, you will need to contact Support for a warranty issue.
